Returns

  • You may request a return within 14–30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

  • Opened electronics or accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
